MY FATHER CHARLES FROST 16 YRS OLD IN 1914 WENT TO A RECUITMENT CENTER, WHERE HE WAS TOLD TO PUT 3YRS ON HIS AGE. SO AT THE AGE OF 16 HE WAS RECRUITED TO THE ROYAL ARTILERY IN FRANCE FROM 1914-1918. HE REPORTED BEING AT FRONT LINE FOR SHORT PERIOD.
