I WOULD BE HONOURED TO COMMEMORATE THE LIFE OF PRIVATE REGINALD KEMP, UNKNOWN TO ME, BUT MAY HAVE FOUGHT ALONGSIDE MY OWN UNCLE FROM THE HAMPSHIRE REGIMENT. BOTH DID NOT RETURN HOME.
