John Stewart was born in 1877

John had 4 daughters from his first marriage to Jessie Mackenzie.

John married Widow Jane Reid on the 5th of September 1914 at Nigg.

Jane had one living child from her first marriage, the child's name was "John Reid."

John and Jane had twin boys together "James & George" (Jane and the twins are featured in the attached photograph)

When John was lost on the 8th of November 1916, Jane was left with 4 children to care for: her first son, the twins and one of John Stewart's daughters "Margaret."

Jane never married again after loosing John Stewart.

Jane later moved the family to Australia to be near to her relatives.

At present there are no known photographs of John Stewart himself.
