William James Theaker was killed at the battle of Loos on 26/09/15 at the age of 22

William was a young man from Staithes in NorthYorkshire and was survived by his sisters May and Annie. Both lived full lives and always remembered their elder brother. May was my grandmother and Annie lived to be the oldest woman in the village before her death. Annie worked at skinningrove during the war making munitions.
