Frederick Tickle, Gunner, 19975, Royal Garrison Artillery. Frederick was the son of Grace Tickle, of Barrow-in-Furness. Enlisted in Stockport, he was stationed at Angle with the 57th Company, Royal Garrison Artillery, and died there on 26th August 1914, aged 26. Frederick is buried at Angle (St. Mary) Churchyard.
