David Denoon, was the eldest son of David and Jessie Denoon and my Great Uncle. Though I never met him, he has been a constant feature of my life since I was a small boy. His photograph hung in my Great Aunt's living room for all the years she was alive and was a constant reminder of the sacrifice and the "what might have been". A Lovat Scout, he won the Military Medal. Davie, we remember you.
