Robert Scott was my paternal grandfather. He died in 1917 at the age of 24, my father was born in 1915 and never got the chance to meet his father. He is buried in Beersheba War Cemetery, Jerusalem. This was something that my father always regretted and wished he could at least see where his father was buried. In 1989 he finally got his wish and went to Israel to visit the grave of his father. I am very grateful to the War Graves Commission for being able to help us find where my grandfather was buried.
