I don't know who Richard Causey was, and am not related however I am placing a poppy in his name . Richard's name stood out on the list of uncommemorated soldiers as we appear to have a few things in common . First the initials RC. Second we have the same surname, Causey. Third, Richard died on my birthday in 1915, 46 years before I was born . Fourth Richard died age just 28, same age as my brother in law another RC was when he died. Fifth Richard was the son of Henry and Sarah Causey , my lovely brother in law was the son of William Henry and Margaret Sarah Causey. So to Richard Causey of the Manchester regiment , who gave his life in Turkey, on 26th May 1915, I will remember the gift of your life- thank you
