I do not have a personal story, the connection was made on the British Legion site, with the name Kelly. I wonder if it was Elizabeth's middle name or like myself it was my maiden name which I kept on my marriage. It may be interesting to try and find out a little of Elizabeth, her life and how the decision to become a nurse was made. I am glad that Elizabeth was chosen for me, as I feel that what the nurses did and how they were able to hold it all together was truly amazing. I hope that I will find out that in general Elizabeth had a pleasant life without too much sadness or loss attached to it.
