My great granny used to talk about about her little brother Andrew who died in the war. She never got over his death. Ive often wondered what he was like since I was a little girl and how horrendous war in the trenches was. I was told he was shot down by a German sniper delivering a message in the trenches at the somme. I hope he didnt suffer.
