Wilfred Herbert Gunn worked for the Indemnity Mutual Marine Assurance Company Ltd. in the London head office. He was appointed to the staff in 1910 and worked in the policy department. He was killed in action while serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Field Artillery 331st Brigade. He was aged about 24.
