A flying accident in Lincolnshire led to the death of 2nd Lt Alan Kite, RAF, only son of Mrs Kite, Buriton. Home on leave a week before his death. The accident occurred Saturday morning. Mother at his bed-side when he died Sunday evening. He was an Old Churcherian and keen member of the Petersfield Boy Scouts
