Reginald Williams worked for the Union Assurance Society Ltd. in the Cardiff branch. He was appointed on 28th August 1909. He enlisted on 20 March 1917 and was sent to France in July 1917 as a Private in the London Regiment (London Scottish) 14th Battalion. He died from wounds received in action in France. He was about 26.
