My Great Uncle William Edward Terry was killed in action just 10 days before the end of the war on 1st November 1918. He was born on 30th January 1898 at 90 Calvert Road, Greenwich, Kent and is pictured as a baby with his Father (Edward Charles Terry) and his Mother (Emma Terry) together with his older brother (Frederick Charles) and younger sister (Florence Ethel), my Grandmother. Also pictured (second right) with six of his pals in the Royal Army Medical Corps - boys posing as men. All gave some, he gave all. Thank you for your sacrifice.
