I have bought and just received a Passchendaele 100 poppy pin. It comes with a simple yet very touching card commemorating the life of Sapper James Booth who gave his life on 16th August 1917 so that we could live free from oppression. This Poppy pin is now, and will remain, one of my most treasured possessions. If any of Sapper J. Booth's family read this I can only say "I salute you, sir and thank you".
