At the outbreak of war he joined the Public School Brigade and after some months training at Woodcote Park, Epsom he obtained his commission. For some time he was stationed at Barrow in Furness. His younger brother served in the 3/20th County of London Regiment.
He was born c1890 in Lewisham.
In 1901 he was living at 156, Lewisham Road, Lewisham with his parents Arthur and Eleanor. He had a brother Leonard.
Probate was granted to Arthur Wilmott Dussee. His home address was Rutland Road, Bedford.
