Albert Edward Skinner, of Tonbridge, Kent was the first husband of my 2x great grandma Nellie Lawrence. He died with the HMS Hythe collided with another ship off the coast of Turkey. 128 men drowned that night of 28th October 1915.

It was a tragic accident.
