Perhaps

Perhaps one day I will be able to love you

and you will be my love one.

But right now there are lots of bombs and guns

shooting at enemies and German’s.

 

Perhaps one day I will come home and hug you

And I will feel loved.

But right now I feel depressed and upset

And my heart is shattering to pieces.
