I just stumbled on Private Potter's headstone at Abney Park Cemetry, on Nov. 8th, 2016 - 3 days before Armistice Day. I was touched by how young he was, just 18 - although there were  many of his age, and younger, who died - and how near to the end of hostilities was his pointless death.
