At the Bridge on the Zandrivier near Winburg, Free State.

He had No Military Awards Issued to him, as far as we can find
(I still do not know why, and think it wholly contrary to the many others whom served on Active Service during WWI - many of whom did not lay down their lives, and he has a Protected War Grave Burial Plot)...
