Harold Underwood Slater, 27 Oliver Street, Private Sherwood Foresters, aged 23, an only son, was in Territorials previous to the war and went to France in 1915 He was reported  missing July 1st 1916  before being confirmed as killed in action..

He served with the 7th Battalion.
