A photo of Frank as a young man. He was the third of nine children (3 brothers and 5 sisters). My mother, who was 4 at the time, did have a fond memory of seeing him in his uniform when home on leave. One of his brothers-in-law, Donald Fisher, who fought with the Artists Rifles Regiment, survived into his 90's.
