I have no story to tell, just the news that i have just recently discovered the details of my great great uncle Albert Edward James who died in WW1. His brother, Charles Samuel James (sometimes quoted as Samuel Charles jnr) also lost his life during this conflict. Albert Edward is buried in Belgium and Charles Samuel is buried in France. Both were born in Norwood, but they ended up residing in Teddington, 6 West Road to be precise.
