Charles Hardisty, my great uncle was one of 10 children .. His mother died in 1910 following child birth and though he tried Alfred couldn't hold his family together This broken family lost two brothers in the Great War and  the family of children spread across the world but never lost contact with each other ..but rarely spoke of Charles. A lost too much .
