Born 27th August 1893.
Joined up on 27th August 1911 for 12 years.
Lost at sea 11th March 1916 in Submarine HMS E5.

His younger Brother Thomas Lefever service number J.72341.
Born in September 1899.
Called up on 19th June 1917 and survived the war.

In memory of my Great-Uncle James I never knew
I salute you and all those that gave their life for our freedom.
