On Sunday the 20th of March 2016 me and my school went to Tyne cot cemetery in Belgium. Our tour guide gave everyone a cross and said to find someone that meant something to us and place a cross on their grave, so that's what we did. I didn't know where to put my cross, there were so many men who didn't have a cross on their grave and many did not even have a name. Soon my class had all finished and we're gathering to leave, I still had not placed my cross until i saw Frank Midgley's grave. I have nothing linking me to Frank Midgley I just thought he needed to be remembered and I was the person to do it, so I placed my cross and rejoined my group. I may not have known Frank Midgley but I will never forget him.
