To George and all of our soldiers who, one hundred years ago, went into battle for our Country and suffered unimaginable terror; our soldiers, some so very young, went out into the unknown; experienced such terror and suffering few of us today could not even imagine - you died with your friends, your comrades and you gave your lives for us, we, who were not even born yet. We think of you, we remember you, you should never have had to make that sacrifice - your lives were precious and you had the right to live in peaceful times .... my words are inadequate ...
