Son of John & Mary Robertson of Strathtay, Perthshire, Scotland. Twin brother of my Grandfather, Donald Robertson who served with the Royal Field Artillery, but survived the war, Alexander emigrated to Canada around 1910 and joined up in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
