My wife (an Australian) and I were on holiday in Wells, Somerset on Anzac Day in 2011, when we noticed the grave of Reginald A J Wilkins in a small village cemetery. The grave looked untended, so we picked some red, white and blue wild flowers and had our own quiet Anzac Day commemoration in his honour.
