100 years of ANZACs has incited me to do some delving into my family history.  I have now found you and your brother Arthur Albert Erwin gave the ultimate sacrifice. Your brother, Francis Vincent, whom I never met, was my grandfather. I cannot understand why you have never been mentioned in any family conversations.  I will endeavour to remedy this by telling of your heroism to my children and grandchildren. RIP boys. I am sorry but I do not have a picture of you, just your resting place.
