Lt. William John Trevelyan was born in 1893 to parents, John Adams Trevelyan and Kate Elizabeth Gilmour.  Lt. Trevelyan married Thelma Whitehead Ellerby (19) on 15 Aug 1914 at the age of 21.  William and Thelma had one child, William Percival on 26 Jan 1916 before William entered the World War.  Lt. William John Trevelyan died on 31 May 1918.
