Lance Corporal Napier Hay was the much loved brother of Annie and Henry (my grandfather). After his death Annie kept all his letters, poems and photos and we have them to this day. On Oct 31st 2014 we were at the memorial to the London (Scottish) on the Messines Ridge, and the following day, 100 years from the day he died, my two sisters and brother and I laid a wreath in his memory at The Menin Gate in Ypres. Also there were the London Scottish Regimental Association. We will remember him.
