Alfred Henry Hurley(HH),known to family as "Harry".Born Bath 1893. Youngest of two sons of the late John and Marian Hurley of Thornbank,Oldfield Park,Bath.Private in 15th Kings Hussars,kia 8/10/1918 aged 25yrs.he is in Grave B23 Beaurevoir British Extension Cemetery,Nord,France.

Listed on Bath War Memorial ,and Somerset Roll Of Honour,with his brother Hector(JJH)Hurley,They were also remembered on the 1st and 8th sept 2014 Roll of Honour at Tower of London ,names called out at Last Post among the commemmorative ceramic poppies,a moving and beautiful scene,now online+video..Both sons of the family lost,their 3 sisters always remembered them,as will I and my family,these two brave soldiers were my Great Uncles
