This is a photo of Billy's mother and father and 4 ot their children. I'm not sure if Billy is one of them  but I think he might be the little boy at the front sitting down or possibly the toddler to the left of him. He has no direct descendants because of his age but he has a lot of nieces and nephews and their children and children's children.  I am his niece,  Florence Sandra Jarman but once Spoors. The children of his nephew Donald (now deceased) are Brent, Grant and Richard Spoors and my children are Paul and Amanda Jarman. They know about William  and are proud and grateful to their great uncle who gave his life for this country.. The youngest members of our family are Paige Spoors and Jack Jarman and Billy will be remembered by them as well. 

 I remember as a child the sorrow of my grandmother, Florence Elizabeth Spoors when  playing the record 'Just a'wearying for you' by Paul Robeson and her tears as she remembered her 17 year old son who went down with his ship in 1915. There are other members of the family, children of his sister and  other brothers who will also remember him. May he rest in peace.
