Son of Edward H. and Blanche Selway, of Farland House, Oldswinford, Stourbridge, Worcestershire. Born at Dursley, Glos. Educated at Stourbridge Grammar School; was admitted a Solicitor of the Supreme Court on 1st Aug., 1914, and offered his services a few days after war was declared.
